Your name, network name, profile picture may be available in search results through our Company Platforms and networks. Information received from third parties: Through the functionality of our Company Platforms, we may receive information about you from third parties. This information may be stored along with the other personal information we’ve gathered directly from you. From time to time, we may send you emails containing newsletters or other updates. If you do not wish to receive such email messages, you may opt out by unsubscribing from this option. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails were opened and which links were clicked on. This information provides us with a more accurate reporting as to how we can improve our services of the Company Platforms by adding new feature that best fit your needs. Access to information is limited (through user/password credentials and software systems) to only those employees who require it to perform their job functions. Other security safeguards include, but are not limited to, data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to building and files.
